Saint Fennessy 4K

THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR PARTICIPANTS AND SPONSORS IN THE FIRST-ANNUAL SAINT FENNESSY 4K!

The Saint Fennessy 4K has been created in honor of longtime Grandma’s Marathon friend Don Fennessy, who passed away in 2011. Don was an original member of both the Grandma’s Marathon board and Young Athletes Foundation committee, and was inducted into the Grandma’s Marathon Hall of Fame in 2004. His presence at our events is sorely missed, but rest assured Don’s Irish eyes will be smiling down upon at the Saint Fennessy 4K!

We have adopted the saying "Slainte," which in translation means "Health" in Ireland. In the spirit of Don, let us raise our heels and then raise a toast in honor!
