Media coverage has been very important to the success of Grandma’s Marathon and its supporting events. Since day one it has helped this event prosper and grow. “This is a hometown tradition, which has become one of the top 5 marathons in the world. And now with the added excitement of the National Championships taking part, it is something new and exciting to look forward to,” said ESPN Radio 560 WEBC Radio Personality Chris Allen.

Not only are we looking forward to the National Championships being a part of the marathon but announcer Kerry Rodd will be rejoining our broadcast. ESPN Radio 560 WEBC’s sister stations B105 (KKCB-FM 105.1), KOOL 101.7 (KLDJ-FM 101.7), and MIX108 (KBMX-FM 107.7) will continue their support of the marathon with your favorite announcers introducing the bands on Friday and Saturday, and staffing the stations’ tent in the finish line area on race day.
