ABOUT THE PROGRAM FOR AID TO VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT (PAVSA)
PAVSA was started in 1975 by a small group of dedicated women determined to combat the issue of sexual assault in the greater Duluth community.

For over 50 years, PAVSA’s mission has been to eliminate sexual violence in Southern St. Louis County by supporting survivors, educating the community, and by advocating for social change.

Our services are available to those 13 and older who have or know someone who has experienced sexual violence, all free of cost and without any information shared without the survivor’s permission.
