Raise your heels—and a toast!

Get your green on and dash through Hermantown!  This zesty 4K brings you right to the party with LIVE music and tasty beverages. All the action happens in Hermantown Square including an entertainment tent! Welcome to the 1st of 3 KP Challenge races!

All net proceeds from the Saint Fennessy 4K benefit the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF). The YAF was developed by Grandma’s Marathon in 1990 to assist with the promotion and development of healthy and active lifestyles for youth throughout Carlton, Cook, Douglas, Lake and St. Louis Counties.

Registration for the 2019 Saint Fennessy 4K will open January 2019.

Saint Fennessy 4K

Start Time: 10:00 a.m.

Location: Hermantown, Minnesota

Participant Swag:  Participants will receive a commemorative Saint Fennessy 4K winter hat.

Post-Race PARTY: 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Parking & Return Shuttle Bus Information
Parking for the event is available in the Hermantown High School parking lot.

Shuttle buses from the finish line in the Hermantown Square parking lot back to the Hermantown High School will depart approximately every 20 minutes from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

History
The Saint Fennessy 4K was created in honor of longtime Grandma’s Marathon friend Don Fennessy.  An original member of both the Grandma’s Marathon board and the Young Athletes Foundation, he was inducted into our Hall of Fame in 2004. Over 600 participants dashed through Hermantown in 2018!

Race Packet Pick-up

Friday (Day before race): March 15 from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at Yellow Bike Coffee (5094 Miller Trunk Hwy, Hermantown)

Saturday (Race day): 7:30-9:30 a.m. at Hermantown High School

Participants get a choice of winter hat on race day. *Select styles are limited in quantity.
