Project Purple
Project Purple is a 501c3 that is focused on pancreatic cancer. Project Purple aims to improve the lives of those battling pancreatic cancer through support, hope, and compassion by offering patient financial aid to individuals and families facing this disease and sending care packages of hope to patients battling. Project Purple’s mission is a world without pancreatic cancer, which can only be done through advancing research, primarily for early detection. Focusing on these two areas Project Purple has given over $650,000 in patient financial aid, delivered for 3,000 blanket of hope care packages, and invested over $3 million in research grants.

FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS
Project Purple runners commit to fundraising a minimum amount prior to race weekend, as outlined below:
- Grandma’s Marathon — $750
- Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon — $1000
The fundraising goal must be reached before the runner may register for the race. If the minimum fundraising amount is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to the runner.
