2025 Charity Partner – Duluth Community School Collaborative
DULUTH COMMUNITY SCHOOL COLLABORATIVE
The Duluth Community School Collaborative works with students and their families at Myers-Wilkins Elementary School, Lincoln Park Middle School, and Denfeld High School. Our mission is to promote well-being and success for Duluth Public Schools students and families by co-creating, celebrating, and mobilizing for equitable educational experiences.
We coordinate community partners and directly provide programming including academic enrichment, arts and cultural, recreation and physical activity, social-emotional learning, health, and basic needs, family and community engagement, and employment readiness.

IMPORTANT: To apply to become a charity runner for Grandma’s Marathon weekend, please contact your charity of choice directly to inquire about available entries, fundraising requirements, etc.
FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS
Charity runners commit to fundraising a minimum amount prior to race weekend, as outlined below:
- Grandma’s Marathon — $500
- Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon — $400
The fundraising goal must be reached prior to the date agreed upon between the organization and participant. If the minimum fundraising amount is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to the participant or the entry may be inactivated.

In addition to an entry to the Grandma’s Marathon weekend race of their choice, all charity runners will also receive:
